Corbridge is half a mile south of  the A69, which is the main road link between Newcastle upon Tyne and Carlisle and a mile West of the A68, which runs between Darlington in the South and Edinburgh in the North.

There is a one-way traffic system in operation through the centre of Corbridge.  Once on the one-way system follow the brown tourist information signs for Aydon Castle.

Eden Cottage is situated on St Wilfred’s Road, which is a cul-de-sac just 100 yards from the centre of the village, off the Aydon Road.  Drive past the Co-op shop in the centre of Corbridge, then turn left up the Aydon Road, sign posted to Aydon Castle.  St Wilfred’s Road is the second left and Eden Cottage is the first house on the right.  The driveway parking is immediately before the cottage.   For satellite navigation users, the postcode of the cottage is NE45 5DE.
